Transport facility is optional and not a binding on school, it is available for selected locations and charges to be paid extra as per the distance. Transport fee will be charged for 11 months only.
A discount of 10% will be given to 1st sibling, 25% to 2nd sibling and 50% to 3rd sibling on the tuition fee only.
The fee for the respective quarter must be deposited in -----------------(Bank Name with address), in Cash/Cheque/DD in favour of THE AARYAN GLOBAL SCHOOL ROHTAK A/c No. ----------- IFSC Code ----------- from 1st to 12th of the first month of the respective quarter. After the due date the fee will only be deposited at school with a fne of Rs. 25/- per working day levied as late payment charges up to 30 normal days and thereafter readmission charges with fine will be applicable.
For cancellation of a new admission prior to the commencement of class, at least one month's prior notice has to be given in writing. All fees except Registration Charges & Admission Charges will be refunded back.
For cancellation of admission in midterm, at least one month's prior notice to be given in writing before commencement of next quarter. All fees except Registration Charges , Admission Charges, Proportional Annual Charges and Tuition fee paid for the coming months (if paid), will be refunded back.
In any matter regarding admission process or formalities, the decision of the Principal will be final and binding
